Introduction
Kujawy today is one of the most characteristic
ethnographically region in Poland. It was caused by many
factors, like: geographical, historical, social-economical and
demographical conditions. This created a reasonable cultural
distinction of the inhabitants, which include e.g. language,
customs, national dress and social consciousness of the people.
Authors of this web page, which are pupils of the forth class
of the II Grammar School in Inowrocław, tried to describe all
of mentioned elements precisely and present their region as
good as possible. They will be grateful for any remarks and
